KUALA LUMPUR, 29 July 2026 –– MytePro participated as a strategic partner at the REHDA Institute Regional Housing Conference 2026, held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC). Organised by REHDA Institute in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT), and held alongside the ASEAN Real Estate Conference (AREC), the event convened policymakers, developers, researchers, academics and built-environment professionals.

Held under the theme, "Housing Impact on Sustainable Urban Development and City Planning", the conference addressed key housing challenges in Malaysia: affordability, supply-demand mismatches, data-driven planning and liveable urban growth. Across its discussions, a clear message emerged: better outcomes depend on understanding real needs and using trusted, connected data to inform decisions.

Digital twins and artificial intelligence featured prominently in these conversation. Speakers explored how these technologies, supported by reliable data and effective governance, can help industry and public-sector stakeholders better understand housing demand, plan more responsively and create places that are connected to jobs, services and amenities.

For MytePro, the discussion resonated closely with the work happening at the buyer level. A property purchase, particularly for an off-plan development, is a major decision made before buyers can physically experience the finished space. They need more than plans and static images; they need the confidence to understand what a future home and its surrounding community could feel like.

At its booth, MytePro demonstrated its Digital Sales Gallery, an immersive property experience that enables buyers to explore a development's location, master plan, facilities, unit types and interiors before construction is complete. By bringing these elements together into a clear, engaging digital journey, the platform helps developers present their vision more effectively while giving buyers the context needed to make more informed decisions.

The event also reinforced an important principle: technology delivers its greatest value when it supports a defined purpose. In planning, integrated data can guide better decisions on the homes and communities that are needed. In sales, immersive digital experiences can help a buyer move from interest to understanding and, ultimately, confidence.

MytePro thanks REHDA Institute, fellow industry participants and everyone who visited our booth. The conversations at this conference reflected a shared industry ambition for a more responsive, sustainable and buyer-centred housing future, one where digital tools help turn a future development into an experience people can understand, trust and genuinely believe in.
